    Why does it seem to take longer to get in shape versus out of shape?

    • I have my own theory on this one. That when you want to get into shape, the focus can sometimes be about losing weight, thus putting more focus on what you don’t want. Not saying that’s you, just an observation over the years… That when the focus is on wellness, becoming the desired weight is a happy side-effect. :-)
